We co-founded Pharos Career Consultants only six months ago and were chosen among more than 200 applicants for retail tycoon Theo Paphitis ‘Small Business Sunday’ award. Starting a business in pandemic has brough us up against all kinds challenges, including lockdown preventing us from meeting and discussing our business in person. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far, and the #SBS award has motivated us to do even more.
The Pharos Career Consultants team has 40 years combined experience in career consultancy. We empower aspiring key workers to find roles in the NHS and in teaching by helping job seekers with writing CVs and cover letter and interview coaching.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have looked for a way to give back to the community, and that is why It is great to have support from Theo and Small Business Sunday because it’s helped us reach more people who need our services.
